Our first camping experience and it was an awesome place to go! We hiked and got to know some other campers. We will definitely be back!
Such a great place to camp. I specially love the little creeks around the campsites. The host was so attentive made sure all was in order. Beautiful place! will definitely come back.
This was a beautiful, remote campground that was first come first serve. We heard it wasn't as popular as some others in the area, and it was true. But it us a gem! Easy to get to. The camp host is amazing and resourceful and helpful. He made our stay very enjoyable.
The trails are amazing right from the campground. One goes to the devils playground on Pikes Peak! We didn't realize we were so close. We camped at 10k feet elevation and had a great time in the area. We will definitely be back.
The only other campground I'd stay at would be CLEAR CREEK RESERVOIR near BUENA VISTA. The Crags is my second choice...I'm very particular!!!
This place is absolutely beautiful! We stayed when it was super hot down in the valley so since it's like 10,000 ft above sea level it was cool at night this place is amazing! Ranger was super nice bathrooms were super clean ranger was super helpful!!!
