Awesome lake. Not too big pretty shallow in some places.
Nice clean SHALLOW lake, big enough to be called a lake, but is wadeable (2-4 feet) in most places. Good place to lean how to sail in a small sailboat... you can get out and push if you get confused (like my mom did... dad had to make like an Evenrude!) Fun!
My friend is kind enough to share her family's cabin with me every year. I love the peace and quiet of this lake, the super friendly neighbors who all seem to know each other well, and swimming in the lake is always a treat. It somehow manages to be both secluded and very close to everything you want or need.
Nice little lake. Not too busy. Mostly private with 1 small beach/swimming area. 2 boat launches. Fishing is ok with mostly small panfish and some assorted other game fish. Unfortunately there is also documented zebra muscles and round goby fish. So caution coming and going with your boats to avoid spreading these invasive species to other lakes.
