John is literally the nicest man on the planet! I booked to stay here while waiting on parts to arrive for my RV repair. John was very flexible with me on the time I would be staying. It was also my first time staying somewhere on hookups and when I told him, he helped me to ensure I did it correctly. It is a nice and quiet campground.

One of the neatest places we have been! Looking for a place last minute and ran upon this immaculate tucked away unique campground. The owner was very nice and prompt. We had a great time and we will definitely be back❤️

-Very safe for families. -

I stayed here two days at first, and ended up staying long term. Mr. John, the property manager, is the main reason we like this property, he’s such an honest, respectful, and laid back man. He’ll take care of you your entire stay and he’s always there for his tenants. The property is beautiful, quite, and kept neat and clean. Nothing too fancy but if you like the country vibes and waking up to fresh air every day and an rv park that feels like a little community, this is the place for you

The park is very quiet and you hardly know you have neighbors except for a car going out or coming in. Very nice management and always ready for any questions you may have. The only thing I thought could be better is more trees where I was parked but other than that I have nothing bad to say.

We found ourselves a little gem in Estaboga Al. John has a great park with everything you need. He put us in a great site in the woods with full hookups .after traveling all day it was awesome to relax by a campfire and enjoy nature . As an avid camper I can honestly same this was perfect. John is a super laid back guy and enjoyed talking with him. Will definitely stay there again don't think you'll find any better.
