This man should not be a business owner period. He was very unprofessional and seems to have a control issue with women. I moved into my lot at the beginning of January and had every intention of living there long term but the owner’s actions changed my mind very quickly. He is not interested in fixing any issues and uses the excuse that “is was working before you were there” or “ I just replaced it” when things were messed up. He cussed me like a dog over me having two doors outside of my camper while I was working on something for one night. Mind you other people had buckets and other objects outside of their camper that looked far worse than mine. If I can find a way to post my screenshots of our conversations so others can see how he works I’ll be posting them soon ad well. Thankfully I’m now in a far better place with far better management.

We just moved here about a week ago and after leaving the house we rented we will not be going back. We will be will transfer our kids to the school here. Small town great and amazing people. If you are looking for a great place Cane creek is the place to be. The owners are awesome. Sites are well maintained plenty of kids hanging out and not inside stuck behind video games all day. Could not ask for a better way to start the RV life.

Great location and it's pretty quiet, but the price is high for gravel sites and standing water everywhere.

Doesn't allow tents but that's not specified anywhere on their signs/website/anything. Would have been nice to know that beforehand. If you only allow RVs then maybe take “campground” off your name.
