Amazing weekend at this amazing campground. Epic amenities, trails and a great DJ. Made so many great memories with my kids. This place is short driving or walking distance to both lakes at Pine Grove State Furnace state park, along with an epic blast of history with a self guided tour through Camp Micheaux POW camp. Epic spot to lay your head while you are enjoying what the park has to offer!

we stopped for what was supposed to be only overnight on our trip to New England from Tennessee. that turned into 3 nights because of the environment of this campground. rolled in late and were met by the owner who was happy to show us the spot and even offered extra hoses if ours didn't reach. we normally keep to ourselves but instantly felt like part of the family when we arrived. we will be stopping there on our way back as well as long as there is spots available! worth the stay and highly recommend it to anyone!

Literally THE best campgrounds that my husband and I have stayed at so far!!! We had a deck for our fifth wheel which was super awesome because we have for dogs. The gravel that they've added to the captains is great because it really cus down on the fort tracked in by or shoes and prevents mud build up around the doors. It is so peaceful, beautiful and quiet here. We stayed for a month and the rate was perfect. We also had a fire pit provided (each individual site has their own provided by the owner). Would highly recommend!!

Unsafe, an disgusting. The people that come here are rude an disrespectful. An the owner is even worse. He’s all about money. If you have a seasonal here an you pull out for a week, he will rent your site out for extra money. None of his holding tanks are township approved, they are actually oil tanks which is illegal, the water an electric is also not township approved. They also got rats an roaches! (Which was reported in the news to)

As you can see in my photos the playground was built by the owner an his crew, probably didn’t get a permit for it an they allow little children to play on it when I wouldn’t even allow my cat on it as it looks severely unsafe!

An not that it’s bad but they have the same actives every single weekend so it’s fairly boring!

Not to mention the site my family was on had pipes showing where pipes should not be showing!! Which means if not winterized their pipes woulda froze! Complete negligence is what this campground is! 0/5 would not go here!
