Horrible place to live, way to expensive and if you turn 18 you have to pay a petty 75$ extra. Also an extremely unprofessional maintenance people who were in the lifeguards faces.
Great place to live. Very well maintained grounds plus extras like club house and mini golf and a pool.
Nice place to live. To high for lot rent for land you will never own. And every year they make sure to raise that rent but offer nothing extra or improvements with that extra cost. Good neighbors and lots of nicer new homes being brought in. It's definitely not your adverage dumpy trailer park. They do make an effort to keep it nice.
Funny this came up for me to review, as I live here and am proud that I do. It's a lovely community and well kept. Within the last 2 years many new homes have gone up; replacing those that have seen their better days. Of course they're keeping up with the industry and the prices reflect that as well. Melody Lakes is a finely oiled machine well prepared to keep it's residents, as well as attracting newcomers as well. It's easy to get in touch with management and they're easy to work with when you need any professional advice or help with your situation at hand. I do my very best to keep my home free of clutter and appealing for all eyes that may venture past, as do most.
