About Campground

Nestled along Sherman’s Creek, our campsite sits on six wooded acres with 600 feet of creek frontage. Everything in the pictures is included in your stay! All you need to bring is food and your love of the outdoors. Firewood, charcoal, bedding, toiletries, kitchenware (as pictured), a private shower, sink and composting toilet are all included. The shower and sink have an on demand hot water heater, so no cold showers! Bring your fishing gear and you can reel in Smallmouth Bass, Sunnies, Fall Fish, and Trout all from our property. This campsite is far enough away from the city to enjoy the sounds of nature while still being less than 30 minutes from the shopping and dining and Carlisle and Mechanicsburg. Historic Gettysburg and Lancaster are just over an hour away. Hersheypark is less than an hour away!

This campsite is fully private. As your hosts, we live on the property, so if there are any issues or help needed, we are nearby!

Pine Springs Camp is the BEST place. The staff is incredible and the times there are so fun. This Christian camp is centered around vital encounters with Christ. The staff is fully dedicated to children and ensuring that everyone is safe and loved well.

I've only went for 2 years for the summer camp but I have gone to a Fall retreat and a winter remix. They have great food, fun activities, and just AMAZING staff (especially the counselors). If you are thinking about going, you will love it there!!!! It's just a great experience! It also has a great environment, and a great place to get to be close to and get to know God better. Now I'm finally old enough to do the long week which is for grades 6-?, and you stay for 7 days instead of 3 or 5 days. This place is definitely great if you are an outdoors person, or a morning person. In my experience my top 3 ABSOLUTE FAVORITE parts of the whole 5 days (If you are going for 5 days) are... getting closer to others, Wednesday night games, and of course God.

So many good memories here! The full time staff here is amazing, which has a trickle down effect on the summer camp counselors all the way to the campers.

Our family has come here for generations for summer camps and other retreats. We've always had an amazing experience, both in terms of spiritual growth and for the fun memories. The staff are incredible and loving and every single time at camp was an amazing experience.
