Amazing experience! We stayed in Birdsong cabin and it was gorgeous! Felt very new and clean. Everyone was so nice and made us feel right at home. The area is gorgeous.

Very rustic campground. NOT BIG RIG friendly. Came in with a fifth wheel camper and a dually truck. Barely made it through the outer loop of the campground and forget about getting into a campsite. Almost had to put the truck in four-wheel-drive to get through the Outerloop. This campground is probably 90% seasonal campers that had about five people spotting them to get into their campsite. I was amazed I made it back out of the campground without my camper getting damaged. Staff member who was very friendly offered a different site out closer to the road so we went over and looked at the site. Site was not maintained, grass was about a foot and a half high and it was in a mud puddle. Didn’t stay left right away.

Manager was friendly. Site was poorly set up. Lots of trashy looking places. 90% permanent sites. Good for hiking and getting away from cell phones, TV, just disconnecting. The sewer connection was up hill from our sight so dumping was impossible. Fire pit was on the back side of our camper. Roads are red clay very dusty and covered. Everything with dust. Given a map at check in. And paper for music fest, was an additional fee but unknown how much? No other info for anything or even a receipt. Leash rule for dogs not followed. Tons of golf cart activity.

We stayed at the Birdsong Cabin this past weekend and it was a great experience. The cabin is very nice and modern. It has two bathrooms which is very nice for 4 people. There is a nice deck with a great view that we enjoyed. We would definitely go back.

This place is one of the most beautiful, best kept secrets I have ever seen. It's peaceful, relatively quiet, depending on the time of year and day or night.

The scenery is absolutely stunning, the staff are phenomenal, and overall, this is just a great little place for a weekend getaway, or an extended visit.

Once you are here, you never want to leave!
