About Campground

Here, 1600 feet of lakeshore opens to outstanding sunset views, as well as access for boating, fishing, scuba diving, and swimming. There are twenty-six acres of cedars, and orchards provide spacious campsites with ample shade and privacy.

This campground caters to retired people, couples without children, and all who care about and respect the environment.

Open May 15 through October 5. Pets Welcome

Spacious private sites can accommodate trailers up to 34 feet in length. Shaded, open, and waterfront tent sites are available, along with one lakefront site featuring a lean-to with a small deck.

Each site comes with a fireplace and picnic table. Modern bathrooms, with flush toilets and showers, as well as a laundry room, are centrally located, and easily accessible from all sites.

Emma and JC have spent many years investing in this property. The camping sites are spacious and spread apart. The grounds are expertly maintained. The bathroom and laundry facilities are clean and more than adequate. The water was high this year, so, no swimming. However, we have kayaked and swum before, and really enjoyed the lake access. If I could post a 6 out of 5, I would. Merci Beaucoup! We will be back in September.

Champlain Adult Campground is beautiful and well maintained. JC and Emma, the owners, are extremely welcoming and kind. We've stayed there 3 times and are looking forward to more stays in the future. They have plenty of space between campers, easy and convenient hookups for your trailer, picnic tables and fire pits for each site. There are showers and a laundry facility available onsite as well. Important note: the sites are grass and they don't allow rugs, etc. I highly recommend if you want a peaceful, relaxing camping vacation.

Campground located right on Lake Champlain. Some sites directly on the water. There are designated areas where you can get down to the water if you're not on a waterfront site. Plenty of private places to put your beach chairs and enjoy the scenery. Spectacular sunsets! The grounds are pristine and beautiful. Many flowers and fruit trees. Most sites are in a grassy field with a few trees in between for shade and privacy. The owners were lovely. They accompany every guest to their site and assist with parking and hook- ups. Owners are out working the grounds daily or riding their bikes through the campground socializing with guests. It was very peaceful and plenty of areas to walk dogs through an orchard. Highly recommended!
