I reserved a cottage 6 months in advance. Then I get a call 5 days before saying that they were canceling my cottage because they wanted to turn off their utilities early.
Don't depend on these amateurs to be open for the days stated on their website.
If we could give 10 stars we certainly would. We know the work it takes to keep up with the buildings and grounds and Steve and Diane and house keeping crew do a amazing job! We sure do appreciate the hard work . The corn and vegetables you let us pick out your garden was just wonderful.

We have stayed in many rental cabins, cottages, VRBOs, etc. This cottage was the cleanest and best maintained rental I have ever experienced! It was spacious and comfortable for our 2 night stay while we were in the area.
Catie, mom and I had a wonderful time here. The campsite was very nice and the hosts, Diane and Steve were wonderful. The campground was very well maintained. We picked several vegetables from the gardens and cooked them when we got home they made for a great treat. The campground was in close proximity to several great restaurants. The Wi-Fi was very good. This is a 5 star resort and would highly recommend.
I recently had a very pleasant week-long stay at River's Edge. The cottage was exceptionally clean and comfortable, the grounds were very well maintained, and I was struck by how peaceful it was. The management and staff put a lot of effort into things and it shows. I would definitely consider another stay if I'm in the area again.
