I loved my home at this place, from '09-'10. It's centrally located, two pools that my kids all learned to swim in, hot tub i used all the time, cool neighbors, and lots of kids from the same school mine went to. It was a great transition for a newly single dad, and look back fondly. My son's mom now lives there, because she always felt comfortable there too. Only problem for me then and now is very limited parking for guests.

I’ve personally seen the property manager walk around with a cup of coffee doing nothing at all. There is trash all over the complex and parking lot. The laundry room hasn’t been cleaned in over two weeks. It appears the only one working around here is the gardener. Dogs bark at all hours of the day and night. Ever since this new management started here this place has gone down hill.

New management and staff do whatever they want. Maintenance guy who lives here uses his grill on patio, which is not allowed for everyone else. Oh and he also has 4 parking spaces, while everyone else has two. The staff, including manager park wherever they want. They have their own visitors park in nonvisitor spaces, stalls. New parking permits, but many cars who do not have permits parked every night. Cars speed through the lot and constantly blocking others in. Laundry facities are unsanitary and machines are more frequently out of order. Loud music and large groups of visitors at the pool all day on when office is not open. It feels like we're living in a bad neighborhood. Lived here for almost a decade, this place is the worst it has ever been. Will not be renewing lease in December.

By far one of the worst management. Not only they are always busy, when you get a hold of them there rude and act as if they’re doing you a favor, getting an appointment with them!! Forget it! It has to be on their time and they make it as inconvenient as possible for you. The point of having them there is to make them available for you, but it seem like everything is inconvenient for them. Also if you don’t speak English you’re basically not allowed here, they will make it impossible for you to communicate, completely unethical.

Lived here for a couple of years. It was better in the beginning and now it's gone down hill. Parking is terrible, especially for such a huge complex, only a few visitor parkings. Trash is left everywhere. Whoever does the landscaping is horrible. Sandy was terrible, glad she's gone. Jessie, the bigger maintenance guy thinks he runs the apartments. He's nosy, gets in everybodys business. He's very rude and unprofessional. He harasses anyone that gets in his way, be aware. He also targets residents if he doesn't like you. Everyone has their dogs off leash and they go missing and they wonder why. Just way too over priced.
