Awesome for camping, dirtbiking, offroading... One of my favorite places around Vegas!
My Jeep club and I love this place. Requires high clearance. Beautiful location.
Great place, but the sxs' running tapped up the road is starting to make it almost unbearable. Really rough and washboarded out now.
Absolutely spectacular! The road in and out is VERY rough so come prepared.
The scenery is beautiful, but compared to other areas around Las Vegas this area seems fairly popular/crowded. Sadly, there is a surprising amount of trash left behind by the people who use the area. Carpenter Canyon is fairly accessible since most of the 12 miles is on a rough, washboard road with very few "high clearance" obstacles.
