Whitetail Campground

Beautiful campgrounds with a lake nearby. Perfect for swimming, or kayaking. The staff was kind and accommodating. Location is convenient for hiking in the Black Hills. Prices were very affordable. Definitely would recommend to anyone who is passing through.

It is a very beautiful area and the amenities are decent for a wilderness campground. The lady that checked my family into their site seemed a little off, however. She seemed very spacey and forgetful, as she forgot to bring my family the firewood they paid her for that she was allegedly going to get when she left. My father and I went looking for her and found her swimming in the lake with her dog. Strange character indeed
