Big Lakes Turtle Cove Campground

Great place to park your RV and sit back and relax. Dog and kid friendly.

We were traveling late in the evening and needed to stop. Susan answered the phone when other parks wouldn’t. When we got there we were pleasantly surprised. It’s a friendly little park in a cove, overlooking the water. Easy pull thru sites. Woke up to beautiful old trees and birds singing. Wouldn’t mind staying longer.

Great view of the lake, staff are great and campground has electricity, sewer and water! Also pet friendly!

An absolute dump. It looks like a trailer park for campers. Junk everywhere (trash, busted up trailers & campers), looks like people live here full-time unregulated. Even some dilapidated houses.

For sure never coming back.

UPDATE: I didn't book a reservation, my brother and I just came down to use a fire pit for awhile. The two signs say I was at the campground, but I'm open to being corrected if the campground is located elsewhere.
