It’s always a pleasure to visit this place, very relaxing if you drive my the old Missouri town entrance
We've been enjoying kayaking at Jacomo all summer. Still several places we haven't explored after going probably a dozen times. I have also enjoyed the mountain bike trails. Great park and lake.
There are so many places to go in Lake Jacomo. Whether it's a picnic or hiking trails there is something for everyone.
Seems like no meter the weather there are boats on the water which is fun to see.
There's also tons of wildlife at Lake Jacomo if you're into bird watching or just want to see something wandering about.
Great place to kayak. Lake Jacomo is the low horsepower lake of Jackson county. You will find pontoon boats, fishing boats and sailboats. No jet skis or high powered boats.
This is one of my favorite places in the metro to go and relax. There are trails nearby, so it's a top notch after hike spot. The geese are usually hanging out, but I like those dummies. I talk to them and they always leave.
