From jct Hwy 88 & I-70: Go 4 mi E on I-70 to CR H (exit 28), then 300 yds N on Hwy H, then 500 ft E on 3rd St.

This campground is very nice. Lots of amenities, well-kept, good variety of types of lots. HOWEVER, do NOT stay here if you need a tent site with electric! Their “tent” space is nothing more than an 8’ wide strip of indoor-outdoor carpet thrown down on top of the gravel driveway. It was too narrow for our tent and the ground underneath was impossible to drive a tent stake into.
Our family has stayed here multiple times over the last 3 years. Always a 5 star experience. The cabins are lovely. Very clean and comfortable. The staff makes you feel that they are there to be sure you enjoy your stay. It's perfect for a weekend getaway or a longer vacation. Highly recommend this KOA location.
The staff especially an older man named Jim who seemed to do it all and helped me well beyond his job and showed me the ropes as I am new to the RV world. The lady running the show inside and answered the phones was also so professional and kind to answer all my questions and seem happy to do before I arrive and when there believe her name was Brittany. I signed up for the membership because of how pleasant and helpful when I was left in a pinch by another spot I has paid for hook ups and water that fell thru. Thank you again and I will see you soon.
