I called to make reservations only to find out that our favorite person, Michelle was no longer there. That park is lovely but Michelle is what made it worth the trip. I hope the new management can fill her shoes!
Run by thugs. New management in the front office is disrespectful and not good people. None of the security cameras work and the maintenance workers steal out of the campers that rent there while the office girl covers for them.
Me and my husband have stayed there twice already and it has really been a saving grace while visiting family. It’s not too pricey, easy to get in and out of and management has been really nice every time we’ve been. She is on top of enforcing rules, which is a breath of fresh air.
Called to make a reservation and the owner/management was rude. His employee Gloria was sweet and very professional! I was able to ask her questions and she gave me answers with no problem. The owner on the other hand when I spoke to him was being rude. He needs to learn what southern hospitality is, and how to deal with customers. I don’t see him having many people staying there if he doesn’t get his act together. I really do wish him the best and this camp ground to be successful. He just needs to either learn how to deal with people or only let Gloria handle the phones and reservations.
We have been here since October. The new management has been very helpful, couldn't ask for a better place. Price is reasonable, the laundry and shower house , and bathrooms are being kept cleaned , by the sweet ladies in the office. The new maintenance manager is very help and on top of his job , he's very helpful and is a great guy .
