For the PA price it is okay. One 50 amp spot, good solid pad, full hook-ups. Campground is not well defined. Mix of mobile homes and trailers with some 20/30 amp sites for smaller rigs. Good for a safe stop.

The management were very freindly, and accommodating and helpful. However, the owners are obviously only there for money, but they don't want to spend any money. Also I have never had a dress code to go camping! My sons and husband were told they must have a t-shirt on when they leave the tent. The owners also have issues with large dogs.

This was one of the worst campgrounds I ever stayed at the lake that was supposed to be there was not it had been drained they did not post that to their website I was very disappointed because the whole reason I got that RV campsite was so I could go fishing with my canoe I am very disappointed and I would not recommend this place to anybody to stay that's why they are so cheap but cheap does not make up for what you have to deal with as well as fleas being all in their campgrounds

I've had items stolen from my property (which is private) from lake away renters, I've been cussed at in front of my place by lake away residents. I've had chemicals sprayed in my driveway area and along my property line. I've been told I can't fish off my property because the lake away owner believes she owns everything out here. Not even the wildlife is safe! I've had lake away guest come on to my lot and throw trash in the water. I've also seen and stopped 2 guys abusing wild ducks with babies with nets. When I asked why they was doing that they stated "the owner of lake away told us to because she don't want them here" when I asked them if they was going to catch all the wild squirrel too? They said no. After I told them the property they was abusing the ducks at was privately owned and that they should stop right now before I call the police for trespassing, after throwing a duck into the trees one of them called me all kinds of nasty words. I don't recommend this place to anyone!

The land lord locked the rest rooms, the manager is real quite, makes you wonder what's really going on. Glad I didn't have kids, would have to worry about them with him around, worse place to go
