Nice place to live or visit, the manager is great, funny and outgoing. If you love to fish and stay in a great location, it is close to town but in the country, this is an excellent place to go!
Going on my second month here. Not a bad place at all. Reasonably prices, well maintained, and overall clean. Short distance to shopping and close enough to beach and casinos. I’m not sure what was going on here previously, but my experience does not mirror the previous posts.
The office manager is very rude and disrespectful. She also breaks everyone's rights to privacy by telling anyone who she comes in contact with, everyone else's personal business. She is never in the office. She hardly answers her phone and when she does, she sounds snooty. The homes are old, not clean when renters move in, no place to park for some renters. Most of the renters are peaceful, quiet and keep r the selves.
They neglected to tell their internet is out & they don't know when it will be fixed? Are you kidding me. I told the lady while checking in that I work from home! They have a zero refund policy. I wonder why!
I lived there for 2 months and first off the manager is very rude and always seems high as a kite. The maintenance men are absolute jokes and don't know what they are doing. The WiFi does not work and the amenities listed in the paperwork are nine existing. We were charged 800 per month for a cottage that had a broken stove and the toilet was constantly having problems. There are a lot of method heads there as well. When we told management about our toilet issues and stove problem we were told that if we don't like it then we can move. How unprofessional is that. And if you look at their Facebook page it says 600 per month which is an absolute lie and I have text messages to prove what I say. Don't waste your time or money on this place because you will be very disappointed.
