Located 8 miles from Long Beach and 10 miles from Biloxi.
From I-10, take Highway 49N. Turn east at Landon Road and go to Three Rivers Road. Go north about 4/10 mile and turn right into Southern Oaks. If you do not see the Southern Oaks Mobile Home & RV Community, then you are not in the right place!
not a bad place to live but getting to expensive for a rv lot 😞😞😞
I currently live here at the park, the park manager Donna is such a sweet and helpful person she goes out of her way to take care of any issues the park tenants may have.
The the office manager Kaitlyn is sweet and so helpful.
The park maintenance personnel help take care of the park and do an outstanding job.
Overall the park staff here provide excellent service and take pride in making sure the tenants and possible tenants are taken care of.

I cannot say enough about this park. It has come a long way. Management and the entire staff have really done a wonderful job cleaning up the park. They are always there to help when needed and go out of their way to make sure the residents are provided with a safe and clean community. Thank you for that!
Horrible. I've called 5x in 2 days. They don't answer the phone and don't call you back. I guess they don't need the business.
