The entry looks fantastic and the folks are awesome. The playground looks great as does the lake area. The parking spots are to close together and the place is junkie. The ducks are nice, but a bit to many. Trying to keep your dogs quiet is almost impossible with a duck every 50 feet from you. The homesteaders need to clean up around their Campers, it really is snake looking and just junkie.

Very quiet and friendly park♥︎ love the playground and the view of the lake from it. Love love love the pool and they let you swim until 9 which is awesome for cool night swims. Other places closed the pools at 6 or 7 which was a let down. We really enjoy being able to swim into the night. Very close to Biloxi beach and downtown OS which is awesome! Will come back soon

This is not a hotel,it's an RV resort. They do have some cute bungalows for rent, but the rest of the place is not very nice. The roads are narrow, and most of the spaces are taken w full-time, long-term residents. We won't stay again.

Rented an RV at Martins Lake "Resort" as a temporary residence while waiting for an opening for senior housing. Upon arrival at 4:30am, after loading a 26' uhaul and driving from Vicksburg, the RV was dirty and was infested with bedbugs. Notified the office at 9am, and after having staff confirm this issue, they moved us to a cabin. Subsequently, we discovered bedbugs in this unit also. Notified the office again and was moved to yet another cabin, which also had bedbugs. Tried to get a refund from the 1st day, but the owner, Jerry, suggested we rent the cabin and pay the extra $400 for rent on the cabin ($1200). We paid $880 rent for the RV + $100 deposit and never got to sleep one single night in it. Owner and office staff refused to refund our money and just kept dragging it out with excuses. In fact, he laughed at me when I told him my sister had been bitten several times until we discovered them as they had assured us there were no bedbugs in the cabins. We found out from the Orkin supervisor that this place has had several treatments specifically for bedbugs, but the owner never had them come back for follow-up treatments and uses them on an "as needed" basis. Park also seems to attract people who obviously had trouble with the law. There were several times a Jackson County officer was seen in the park looking for someone staying there. They gave us a refund for the deposit and for the days we didn't use it for the rest of the month. Ended up renting another place as we could no longer tolerate their total lack of concern for this issue. DON'T STAY HERE!!! THE WORST "RESORT" I've ever been to! They'll treat their pet bedbugs better than their customers! BE FOREWARNED!!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

Pro - Friendly helpful staff.

Con- Appearance resembles the homeless encampments I see in major cities. Maybe two or three RVs in the place were road worthy, ours being one. Don’t recommend and will not be returning. See photos of our stay.
