While this RV park has the essentials Electric, Sewage, Water. what it doesn't have is a safe feel , while me and my wife stayed there from January - April we experienced a couple things that made us want to leave. The only reason why we stayed so long was because we met a couple that was traveling as well and they made the time there enjoyable. That was probably the only really good part , the park does have another fenced off area for the long termers but the kids from that side of the park would come over to the short term side and Run, yell, bounce balls off the RV, they also would go through the mailbox and hand you your mail even though you never told them your name. Cops would drive through the park 2 or 3 times a day. We did also have to move spots while we were there, our spot had a ton of water problems, our whole site was covered with mud from the leaking water. I must say they did get it fixed as soon as we moved spots. Bathrooms needs some work did see a HUGE roach while I was in the bathroom. I would recommend this place for a night or two stay but nothing more than that.
Mr. Dusty is the Manager here. He is the greatest ever. Very caring, but stern lol. Thank you Dusty... We appreciate you in more ways than others say.

I kid you not had a minor domestic violence action around daybreak. Heard commotion from the rear of the park. Typical female yelling mean words trying to draw attention to the fact she's had enough. Dude was calm seems like regular day in his world.
This is not a hotel or motel or anything like that. It's an RV park for people who live in or travel in a Motorhome, camper trailer, etc. There is nothing to rent here except the lot to park on .
