DO NOT STAY HERE!! The residents steal your things. The people are disgusting, shiesty, and thieves. The manager won’t do anything about it either so there’s no use in complaining. Also I’ve heard gunshots in the park before very close to where I was staying. It’s absolutely horrible.

Stayed during Crus’in the Coast. Great location to all activities. Dave was very accommodating and Teana in the office was great also. Dave patrolled during the night and gave us their numbers so If we had any issues could call them. We will stay there again.

Very low end rv park. Ok for a night or 2 if you are self contained. The bathroom had 1 toilet and a few shower stalls. Only 1 person can use it at a time as there are no doors on the toilet or showers. All the shower stalls had trash in them. The train tracks are right behind the park. Not to bad if you are a heavy sleeper. There was a homeless girl that told my husband she stayed in what appeared to be an abandoned rv. She had come to get her backpack that she left there. Location was good for beach and town. Right across from convention center.
