Back 40 Campground is located in northern Logan County and has been part of Ohio's camping experience for over 50 years. We are an easy, nine mile drive north of Bellefontaine off State Rte. 68, ten miles south of Kenton, and 12 miles east of Indian Lake, OH.
Property is situated on 34+ acres of rolling hills with two ponds. Spacious campsites allow you to stretch out without intruding on your neighbor.
Swim, fish, relax, and roast marshmallows by the fire.
$40/night with 30amp electric & water
$44/night on holidays with 3 night minimum.
$2/dog/night up to 3 dogs
$42/night on holidays with 3 night minimum.

We couldn’t be more impressed with this campground. Extremely well run and very economical. The grounds are immaculate and, while I’m not a fisher, other campers are complimenting the stocked lakes. Owners do a great job adding value (watching all the kids go down an awesome slip and slide they put up!). Back 40 Campground will be a regular stop for us!
This campground is a hidden gem! Fantastic Owners and beautiful grounds. So many activities and a great family friendly place! Can’t wait to go back and make many more memories here!
Was a wonderful place to stay! Restrooms where always clean not even once was their anything on the floor! Two nice size ponds one you can swim in. The other can fish in. Sites are not to wide but wide enough to have your own space not against anyone. They do go more straight back with fire pit. I'll be back for sure with fishing pole! Also have games inside office area for that rainy day.
