The lady we checked in with was great. Maureen was her name I believe. Site's are not very level. Used 2 boards under tires on one side of the trailer and Jack pads to level. Do not expect water either if below freezing even though they claim full hook ups. There's even heat tape on hydrants. No cable. Internet was sketchy. Trash can's are over flowing. Quiet park however. We had a pull thru premium site. 40' 5th wheel. Plenty of room for parking. Clean grounds and facility. Gravel lots. Only one shower had hot water. Seems expensive for what we got.

Good RV park, not a campground. Before you book, please look up the difference. We enjoyed our weekend. Our neighbors were super loud, trying to start a dirt bike at 11 pm. Otherwise, our stay was great. Easy to back I to site. I would prefer the lower sites compared to the upper because there is better tree coverage and a better sense of privacy.

Nice place. Good shade in our spot but many others had no shade at all. But small spaces for a larger camper as we have. No fire pits no fires at all. Some spaces have nice concrete patio spaces other have asphalt

What a great place. This was our home away from home for 30 days while my wife was getting treatment at the Mayo Clinic. Nice and friendly staff and very well maintained park. They are usually out most days keeping things clean and sites mowed. Public bathrooms/showers are in great shape as well with plenty of hot water and clean showers.

Having been our “home” for at least two months while in town for Mayo Clinic, we can’t say enough good things about this park. Monthly pricing and the owner is very accommodating and flexible while understating we are at the mercy of the Mayo Clinic and their appointments. Our site was level and the owners were always maintaining the property from mowing to checking sites after people left. They really put a lot of effort in keeping the property and landscape maintained (even through changing seasons). The neighbors have always been nice and considerate. We’ve had packages delivered for us and done numerous loads of laundry in the coin operated laundry room. Very convenient to the Mayo Clinic, multiple car washes, Walmart and whatever else you need during your stay. Gravel sites with grass surrounding with asphalt patio and picnic table at our site. The neighborhood and area is quiet and feels safe. Highly recommend this park it’s convenient and quiet!
