Beach and campground are always kept up well. The busy street close by makes for a noisy environment.
We stopped in our travels to let the dogs out & see the area. It's "Off season" for tourists; However I was still amazed at the amount of trash through out the park. The bathrooms were locked for the season. Beyond that the view off the lake was nice.
On the lake family friendly. Pet friendly. Clean restrooms and showers. Lots of play equipment for kids. Basketball. Boat landings and swimming beach. Overall a great place
Stopped here for the night after traveling all day. Very nice little park with good, level campsites. 30 amp hookup and water, dump station on the way out. I found the attendant, Paulette, very pleasant and easy to get along with. We were there early in the season so not too many other campers, quiet park at night, lots of room for the dogs and I to walk.
I’d stop and stay again when traveling through the area.
Great location. Grocery store down the road and selection of local restaurants to choose from. Boat launch within the campground. Would go back again.
