Purchased the Heirloom beef and pork package and it was so delicious! Here is a photo of the Ribeye, fresh off the grill and sliced to go with our fresh salad. Thank you Frickson Family Farm. NOM NOM!
My wife and I purchased a beef box from Frickson Family Farms in Minnesota. The meat box was delivered to our residence in Colorado in a very timely manner and was well packaged to make sure that the product was kept at a safe temperature.
Tonight we cooked a ribeye steak to a medium well doneness, the steak was very tender and juicy. It is probably one of the best steaks we have had in a long long time. We cannot wait to try the other meats in the box!!!
My wife and I went here for the first time. Great cuts of beef and pork that is locally raised and butchered. We have only tried the dried beef yet but it’s very tasty. We can’t wait to try some of the other cuts we purchased. We will definitely be going back. Darienne is awesome and is very knowledgeable.

Cooked the flat iron steak that we purchased fresh on May 13th last night. My wife said it was the most flavorful steak she has had in a long long time. If you haven’t experienced meat from Frickson Family Farms what are you waiting for!!
I love the online auction platform Frickson Family Farms does for meat & produce. It's easy to sign up and see the items posted. Bidding is simple and straightforward. I even receive emails when someone else bids higher than me so I can go in and bid again. At the end of the auction, there is an option to pay for my items, so everything is taken care of when I pick up my winnings. Everything has been great quality, fresh, and delicious. Darienne is very responsive, kind, and helpful every time I've reached out. I highly recommend supporting local farmers and businesses.
