Clean, nice pool. Showers were clean. Sites are packed together pretty close and there's not much of a camp store. We stayed there to visit Busch gardens so it's a good location for that.

After I approved for $369 to be charged on my card they added an additional $50 worth of hidden charges onto my card. They called it a holiday fee and an additional “tax” even though there was $30+ worth of taxes included in the original $369. They said these additional fees were hidden in the terms and conditions. So make sure you read them.

Nice clean campground, pretty well maintained. The only complaint I would have is that they CHARGE guests who stop by for a brief visit. They didn't use any facilities, but still have to pay, just for stopping by and saying hello. That's just greedy in my opinion.

Wow! What a beautiful rv resort! Staff is friendly and love how they decorate for Halloween. Sites are concrete pads with a dedicated parking spot for a TOAD. The entire place is clean and well maintained. Sites are a little close to each other, but not bad. The bath house is SO NICE!!! Clean, private, and roomy. They also have a drive-up propane refill. Wifi and cable are included and worked well. We only stayed for 1 night, but would definitely stay again if in the area.

Great place to spend a week. Paved roads made it especially fun for scooter rides for my kids. Staff were friendly. Clean bathrooms. Loved the natural trail as well.

We’d stay here again.
