Have stayed here before and enjoyed but today checking in, very disappointed and upset. We rented a Casita. $100/ nite. There's a $20.00 fine if you leave and grill isn't clean. I get it... no problem, but do I get a credit for cleaning the outdoor table and countertop when we arrived. Not just dusty...filthy. The icing on the cake is they have no water, a water line break somewhere... While this is certainly not their fault, since they've known it was our since 10pm last night, why didn't I receive a call or email notifying me of this before we bothered to drive here? But the worst was that the lady checking me in didn't even tell me this until I drove back to the office and asked why we had no water pressure!! Very disappointed and don't think we'll be returning here again.

This is a 50+ RV park separated from the golf course but overlooking hole 13. The sites are all concrete with very large pull through and some long term back-in. Also some class A casita's available facing the course. The people are very friendly. The staff is very positive and helpful. We stayed the month of Feb. The pool is not heated and even in the warmer days no one seemed to use it. The main activities are contained in San Antonio which is 20+ miles away. If you don't golf there is no organized activities. The bathroom / showers are all ceramic and very clean. You pay for electric as well as the monthly site rent. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

This RV park was really nice. Concrete pads and good drinkage / run-off.

We will return and tell everyone about our experience.

Excellent quiet 55 plus RV Park. Nice level concrete pads. Clean well groomed facilities and grounds. Close enough to shopping, dining and entertainment.
