Nice park with long concrete pull through sites that have ample space in between sites. Gated and good amenities with heated pool & arcade room. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is roads are not in great shape and need to be redone. Very quiet park with easy access, less than 30 minutes to downtown Austin. Two large dog parks front & back of park.

This place is as awesome as the people who run it. The ladies there are always busy, super nice and hard workers. I would recommend this place to anyone. Zero complaints. Thanks.

Hassle free place to stay, everything was clean and working for the brief stay we were there. Easy to find with a safe feel.

If I could give negative stars I would. But this place is so jealous of Crestview and other upcoming RV resorts that they are just downright road. They try to con you into spending more money. If you're a long-term, they try to move you around from spot to spot if your long-term and eventually they kick you out. If you're not at the retirement age, the staff is horrible and rude, especially the owners. I would say go to Crestview if you're thinking about staying in need of walled at longhorn RV resort. Not a good place and I was there for 7 months. It was horrible. A lot of threats. Even after spending close $8,000 there

My family and I wanted to do a weekend away but not too far from home due to medical issues with our oldest son. We have passed this RV place many times before, so we decided we would check it out. My 2 kids and husband rented a cabin. My parents and in-laws rented RV spots. The location wasn't too bad. It was close about 20 minutes from San Marcos & 15 minutes from my parents and in-laws. The community was gated, which was nice. The front staff was very kind and helpful. The scenery was absolutely beautiful. We happened to go the weekend after we got a lot of heavy rain. The cabin was nice. We walked back and forth from our parents' RV spots to our cabin. We all enjoyed the peace and scenery.

They have a playground and a game room. The kids enjoyed the playground but not the game room. Most games were broken or not plugged in. I wish the game room were a little more exciting for my 15 year old.
