This campground is located far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the Snake River and Hoback Junction, that is makes for a quiet and peaceful spot to camp out and enjoy the outdoors.

Nice campground. We built a small wall out of stones in the river, behind camping spot 2. If you see it, we would love if you upload a picture in a review here!

On the website. It says $12 a night. When you get there, the post on each campsite says $15 a night. Confusing and which one is a lie?
You can go down to the river and at night you can hear it from your tent. Very calming.
Beautiful location on the Hobak River!
We spent five nights there. Easy access off of 89. Amazing fishing. It rained the first night, however, the rest of the time was amazing sunny cloudless. Temps were down into the 50s in the evenings 80s during the day. Just an idyllic place to spend a week fishing fishing and camping.
You will probably want to bring bear spray so you’re as safe as possible. There are bare boxes for your food. There are no RV hook ups but there is a freshwater pump for drinking water. Each site has its own fire pit and picnic table as well as a standing grill, like the ones you see in a park.
