I've talked to management they said there was nothing they could do. I've asked the lady in #3 to stop feeding my cat 5 times. Maybe this will get her to stop. Sorry Kim I need to do something to get her to stop. I've asked her 3 times in person 2 txt

Here for 15 months now. Figured that was enough time to give a honest review. I was skeptical at first to rent a space here until i realized the park was under new ownership and managment. Im Originally from this area and have watched this park from the day it was built. New owner and management really care for this place and the people who live in it. All is good as long as you comply with rules and keep your nose and space clean.

It's been through many changes and upgrades. I believe it is at its best yet. I enjoy being here so much that I decided to join the park team. We have a great community here with a few who are not easily happy, but thats to be expected.. Management goes above and beyond. Improvements are constantly being done. New washers and dryers are great! The rent is very competitive, which is nice as well.

Surprisingly quiet for being so close to that busy street and the freeway. I could hear birds chirping and barely any traffic at the back sites. Person we visited mentioned that they have nice neighbors. From what I could tell the grounds keepers do really well too. One place I'd be comfortable being at. I do not live here though so I don't know anything about prices or how good the amenities are. If they have space you might be a happy camper. :)

We've lived here for 2 years, the park is quiet and everyone is friendly. The managers Kimberly and Tonya are very helpful and caring, they have gone above and beyond to help us out. They keep the park clean and up-to-date. The owner Steven has kept the space rent at a very reasonable price.

Most of my neighbors are great & keep to themselves. It's close to the Wildlife Safari and I am enjoying the resent improvements on the park, the washers in the laundry room and the landscape in the front👍👍.... Management does a beautiful job in keeping the park maintained, Thank you☺️
