These mountains in California has the oldest tree almost 5000 years old, the oldest individual tree in the world was Methuselah, a 4,845-year-old Great Basin bristlecone pine (Pinus longaeva) in the White Mountains of California.

Just learned a new fact! One of the oldest known living trees in the world is a Great Basin bristlecone pine (Pinus longaeva) located in the White Mountains of California. In 2012, it was estimated to be about 5,062 years old!

Yes, that particular 🌲 tree was the subject of a Smithsonian channel program. I believe even Egyptologists study these tree rings to accumulate accurate weather patterns, before the Christ man was even born. Wow.
