Fisherman's hotel. Located next door to a public boat launch. If your boat is under 25'there is dockage available.
The rooms are clean but small with very small bathrooms... but the price is right. This is my 3rd or 4th time here... pro tip - start the window a/c as soon as possible because it takes a while to cool down.
The Overboard bar and grill is next door.
Whitecaps is a great place to stay if you're in Pt. Clinton to go after perch or walleye!
Old 60 style motel always clean and well-kept great place to stay and fish even with family parking is a little tight but well worth it
My wife and I stayed in one of the trailers it was decorated very nice and gave you a feeling of home. Everything worked well and the staff was very helpful with attractions and places to eat. We will be staying there again on our next trip.
I have stayed at the motel 3 different times over the last few years. I used it as a cheaper lodging alternative for visiting nearby Cedar Point amusement park. The property and surrounding area is always nice and quiet and prices stay consistently low, especially on weekdays. The room looked to be recently renovated and kept up. A/C was a little hard to keep the room cool during the warmer months and one of the outlets visually needed replacement on my last visit. Staff is friendly. There's cable tv and coffee maker in the room. A pleasant place to rest your head after a long day. I would recommend.
