Now called, Twin Lakes RV Park.
Very friendly staff, beautiful place, clean, well maintained. We totally enjoyed our time here. Will stay here again, when in the area.
Great RV Park right off I-75. The owners are super friendly. We couldn't find a place at all and he held a spot open for us even though we were 5 hrs away. The 2 track around the 2 lakes makes for a nice morning walk. We definitely recommend it.
Although the campground is officially closed in the winter, it allows guests on the honor system. We stayed in late November and were able to park in a pull through with 50 amp service. The campground is close to I-75, so convenient. It's well kept and in a nice area. It would be a lovely place to stay in the summer. What really impressed me, however, was the honesty of the owners. I accidentally overpaid when I put the overnight fee in the slot but did not discover it until a few days later. I immediately called the park and Elaine Harris opened my envelope while I was on the phone and said she would refund me the extra money right away. I received her cheque a few days later. I'm very impressed and wish I could give 6 stars.
This is a very nice small campground. We camped in the off season, Oct 13-15. And the weather on the second day was pretty cold, windy and rainy. But the campground offered a tailgating party and chili cook-off. Very friendly campers and staff. We had a camper and my daughter and her family stayed in a cabin. The cabin was small but nice and clean and cute. I am excited to go back in the summer season so we can enjoy the pond and sandy beach.
