We visited the Lucky Pecan House right next door to Whispering Oaks RV Park. We got some nice pecan treats and jam. It is also a nice antique store as an added bonus. We stretched our legs and chatted with the owners. It was a very good way to break up a long car trip. We will stop again the next time we are in the area.

Amazing campground in the area of Beech Island, South Carolina. The owner and his wife are very friendly warm and welcoming. The camp grounds are clean and manage very well. Extremely quiet and spacious sites between each camper. They have an on site resident manager that is willing to do anything for you even in the middle of the night. The camp ground sits in the middle 2 major cities(Augusta GA and Aiken SC) about 10 to 12 minutes from each cities so you’re not too far from the bigger cities. There are local gas stations, corner stores nearby which makes everything convenient. The monthly rate prices are extremely good and have they full hooks up 30/50 amp. Mostly retired workers, army services and traveling workers stay here(as myself)If you’re also a traveling worker I recommend this camp ground.

We loved staying here! I am a travel nurse and this was my first assignment away from home. Roy and Mrs. Judy made us feel right at home. The park is well kept and the dog park is always clean. The laundry facility is always spotless. The rates are affordable and fair. They just genuinely care about their park and the residents. It was hard to leave because we established a relationship with them that was very friendly. We will definitely be staying here again we miss the park and the owners!

Mr. Roy is a true American Hero!

This place became a haven for me and my wife. We were scheduled to spend 2 nights here to visit with one of our Freedom Biker Church pastors and his wife, but as we were heading out for our next stop I hit a massive pothole exiting onto I 520 and broke an axle on our 1976 Airstream... OUCH!!! We were only 10 minutes up the highway when it happened. After looking over the damage I immediately called Mr. Roy to see if he could take us back in for a night. He was so accommodating and helpful. We can't thank him and Judy enough. Love the park, love the owners, and LOVE THOSE PECANS!!!!!!!!!! Thank you again Mr. Roy, and thank you for your sevice to our country. GOD BLESS!

We have been here since the middle of March’21. We will be here at least 6 months. Lots of long term campers here that take care of each other. Judy, Roy and Phil are great people. Nice coin op laundry if you need it. All the jams, jellies and sauces are great. Lots of different pecan treats. Been a great stay!! Redcliff plantation is right across the road. Nice SC state park to visit.
