We came up, knowing they had severe weather right before & well and pipes had froze. They informed us before we came, but it is camping (in a cabin but we are still camping) and they provided us with 5 gallon buckets of clean water for the first night while they fixed things. They couldn't fix our cabin bc it had a lot of busted pipes, so they upgraded us to a nicer, 2 bedroom cabin at no upgrade, where the water was working. You have heat/ac, tv (no wifi but service is okay), full kitchen and more! We wanted to camp but I didn't want to sleep in a tent this year and we wanted to bring our dogs. An awesome last vacation for our 16 yr old dog. Very happy with this place and I can see us coming back in the spring or fall. The host's here work HARD at keeping everything nice and working, and they will bring you anything you may need (to an extent).

Go here!!! Best cheapest, best location. I mean that's the bottom line. Amazing waterfalls, fishing, river excursions etc right in the general area. Just a awesome location, great owners, beautiful grounds. Clean cabins and well maintained RV and tent spots. Really enjoyed my time here.

Small cabins they are but expensive to rent and not well kept up. The grounds are ok there a few things to do there. But for most part the expensive under kept up cabins and rental spaces.

Owner never had office/store open. Cabin had sliding door with hatch lock to use with huge gap where bugs or snakes could enter. Overall campground and cabins in poor shape. Overgrown terrible roads. Pictures not accurate for current state of everything.

Main good thing was close proximity to everything.
