We stopped by to see the Almost Heaven swing and couldn't help but notice all the great things this park had going. The lodge area was very nice and everything seemed very clean. We passed a golf course, mini golf, water slide, pool, driving range, tennis courts, and so much more! Kuddos to WV on having such fantastic state parks!
This place is awesome!!!! Great state park!!! Lodges, cabins, trails, golf course, camping . Just fantastic. We try to stay here when we visit my daughter who goes to concord.university
It’s truly an amazing park. They have everything. The aerial Tram ride was super fun . We are here during peak leaf peeping time and it’s beautiful! RV sites are spacious and surrounded by trees. The look out tower hike is nice and the views are incredible! Worth the 6 hour drive
Came here for a retreat in the fall. The views, facilities and people are all great. Decent size pool, Game room, gym, two restaurants. Lots to do without going far.
Girl's trip to McKeever Lodge was excellent. Breathtaking views of the fall mountains. Wildlife while you dine on the premises. The service was outstanding from all the staff. The rooms need some updating but the views and activities on-site make up for the minimalistic rooms. Nothing fancy but a clean room to sleep...but with all the activities to do, sleeping isn't a issue. I will definitely return to play on the championship golf course on-site in the future.
