Camped right next to the river and wow the beauty of it all, we had a pull thru site. Bathrooms and laundry were nicely kept. Staff was friendly. Took a little bit to get back to the campground as there are winding roads, but it's definitely worth it. Hiking trail to a waterfall. Bring your pole and get a trout license. You can fish the river. Wish we would have stayed more than 3 days. They have a restaurant on site but are currently only open on the weekend until the end of May before its open every day.
Beautiful. Family enjoyed our time here. Walking trails were well maintained and clean also stroller friendly. The gift shop had some nice shirts and stickers with good prices. Wish we could have stayed longer.
Has quickly become one of our favorite getaways. Nice and quiet. So much shade, we never needed the ac. Great place for kids to play, ride bikes, or play in the creek all day.
Nice clean facilities.
Fishing may be tuff in the park, but there are many opportunities up and down the road, with less pressure.
What a great place to camp. So peaceful. We were right by the water. Easy in and out. Wi-fi if you need it. Electric and very clean bath houses. All you need for a quiet and relaxing time in the woods. We weren't able to go on trails because I am in a walking boot, but there were so many to choose from.
Cool little places to fish and oh the trees, they are beautiful. A great place to be with family. We missed the restaurant in the park because when we were there it was only open on Saturday and Sunday only.
Heard the food is awesome
We walked the Tramontane and Salt Lick trails. Took about 3 hours total because of us steady stopping to enjoy the views. Wish we had more time in our trip to try other trails. Amazing place. Highly recommend.
