Excellent staff, they go out of their way to make sure all customers are happy and taken care of. The campground is clean all power connections that we used at two different campsites worked perfectly. The sites are well maintained and level. Very nice area close to many activities and New River Gorge. Will definitely stay here again. 👍

Me and my husband had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Serenity Cabin. It was quiet and very peaceful. I give this campground five stars ⭐ on the cleanliness of campground, the cabin we stayed in, and the restrooms were always kept clean throughout the day. The staff was very friendly and made sure you had whatever you needed. Our stay was perfect and so was our cozy cabin. We will definitely be back! ❤️

Nice campground - well maintained. We were in the only pull-through site - #20. We pulled in far enough that we were level on the asphalt pad. Had a firepit and picnic table. Staff was helpful and courteous. We were a little disappointed that the laundry facilities were closed for the season (it was November), but found a laundromat in town. We were alerted ahead of time that the bathrooms would be closed, but didn't realize the laundry would be too. No biggie. The campground is close to New River Gorge National Park's north rim. The wi-fi reception was one of the best we have found in our 2.5 years of full-time rving. Cell service was good too (AT&T).

Stayed here to primitive camp for our hiking trip through the new river gorge Park. Good proximity to everything you will need. Campground was good as well. Stayed at spot 38. Which was good however if someone is at site 39 they're parking spot is pretty much in front of your space so if they are a spunky family all night, like our neighbors were when we were there, then your going to get beamed the entire night with headlights from their vehicles and small kids with their flashlights till midnight it longer. There's also no "privacy" between the sites 38-36 which is something I was hoping for but the pictures only showed the spot and you couldn't really tell how exposed you were to your neighbors. Overall good campground, amazing staff, sites were level and complete with bench, fire ring and water and electric. Porta potty was available in the back half of the campground for when walking 10 minutes to the shower house wasn't an option.

This place is perfect if you're looking to stay near Fayetteville/New River Gorge. We managed to book the last two sites for Bridge Day weekend and boy did we get lucky. The people who run this campground are so kind and thoughtful. They sent out an employee to help back in our trailer to our site. The bathrooms were extremely clean - even through a really rainy/muddy weekend. The location is perfect, the shuttle to take us to the Bridge was right across the street, and the drive to downtown Fayetteville was less than 5 minutes away. I'd absolutely come stay here again in the future.
