Stayed here for a month in August 2023. The staff is wonderful. There are really nice events on the weekends. Fellow campers are nice. It’s a surprisingly quiet campground. RV spots and hookups worked great. No wifi. Verizon worked well for calls and text, not data. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this campground. It was awesome!

We had truck issues traveling from NC to NY with our fifth wheel and friends with their fifth wheel and other friends towing our golf cart. Called from 81 rest area at 10am on a Saturday and the lady on the phone was so sweet and helpful. Let us come right over to the campground and check in. Didn’t require a two night minimum, had 2 sites side by side with full hookups. It was Hillbilly Weekend and everyone in our group enjoyed the amenities, activities and the atmosphere. Family friendly, welcoming campground when we needed it most. We’ve all commented that we’d like to go back and stay when we had more time to enjoy the area. Thanks again for helping us out when we were desperate for something to go right!!

Wouldn't stay here unless your desperate! Staff is extremely rude and doesn't care about the customers. Told we had wifi and when we arrived we were advised it was not working due to repairs, 3 months later still no repairs made and no wifi. Day and night police were knocking on our door ( not related to us) you can have golf carts kids aren't allowed to ride anything even thought the four wheeler is a little 50cc and way quieter than the non stop equipment they have running day and night!!!!!! Water constantly clogged filters every other say with algae! Was told I, as a grown adult, wasn't allowed to even have my dirbike in the campground even though it wasn't ridden. Your not allowed to accept mail here because they're in federal violation due to not 1 single camp site has a designated mailbox of any kind! Staff will slao tell you that you haven't received any packages even though your packages are there!!!!! The office hours are only a suggestion because they clearly don't care if you go by their rules( which change non stop). Supposed to be open until 3pm and later on Thursday . EVERYDAY they close earlier and earlier without any regards to if your expecting a package deliver so the delivery service will have to attempt delivery at another time or which is more than likely you'll have to wait and notify carrier that you'll be forced to pick your packages up at their facility. The list goes on and on!.... also bring your pet records with you, you'll need the. Damn good thing they don't know we have several monkeys!!!!! The bathhouse is disgusting!!!!!!! Never clean. The washer and dryer double it's price since we've been there

It was a good spot for just staying 1 night while driving through, I would not vacation there, sorry to say. We look for small quaint and quiet. They are a larger Campground with the holloween theme while on our stay. There was no hand soap in the ladies' bathroom, and strangley no locks on the bathroom stalls. Showers were kinda scary, so we did not utilize them. But all staff was welcoming and very friendly. We would recommend this campground for younger people with children for the family oriented themes they have for the kiddies. Thank you for a very welcoming stay!

We stayed here for 6 months. We travel to different campgrounds regularly for work and this has been one of the best! The staff have been wonderful - always friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are always clean.

They try to have a lot of fun activities for families, particularly in the fall.

My only con is that they need to update their dryers which don't dry very well.

We would definitely stay here again if we're

in the area.
