Great little RV park. Easy to get to with great views, level sites and a great price. We enjoyed our stay very much.

For $20 a night with full hook ups (30 amp), there is really nothing better! The owners keep to themselves, but their dogs are very cute and friendly! I ended up staying a week. I wouldn't stay more than a week, not because you aren't welcome and the site isn't comfortable, but this is close to the main road and the train so it can get loud. Absolutely the perfect place for a one night stop over, and a week is more than doable. I would stay again!

Great place right off highway, had trouble finding honor box. It's under carport. No need to call, just stop by and grab a spot, several 30 amp were available. I grabbed one of the 50 amps for $25.

As mentioned by others the only downside here is the trains passing by honking the horn across highway 287 and the highway noise itself. Other than that this place is awesome. Can't beat the price for what you get. We used spot 6. The spot was very close to level and had full hookups. I will definitely use this hidden gem again in the future. Thanks to the owners.

Stopped here only for water and left. I would stay here for the price absolutely! We are fully contained so no need for anything but water and sewer. There are concrete pads. I can't speak to how noisy it is at night because it's right on the freeway and there are train tracks on the other side of the freeway. Again that's not something that would bother me. We aren't the kind of people who go to an RV park to experience the RV park and so this works great for us. Super happy that we could find it on our route as we were at desperate need of water.
