From Jct of Hwy 152 & US 87/287: Go 3 mi S on US 287. (L)
This is a great location to stop along the route to Colorado and I will probably stop again. However the driveway is one after another HUGE pothole! We arrived late and didn't have a clue where to park ( never received an email with anything but a receipt. Since we arrived late we didn't get any information on the bathrooms which were key locked?
It's cheap and on the way, but don't expect much
Ok place.
Compared to the last 3 places we stayed for the same price point( $47) not the best.
Only thing holding this place back is cleanliness. Of the 3 bathrooms - 2 were locked (men and women so 4 really)
The one we were able to get in= dingy, barely any light, no soap to wash hands, no paper towels. Toilet was clean though.
Main office is dark and dingy is well- but the people are nice.
If you are self contained- its pretty good place.
Not a place if ur looking for a lot of immensities,,,but had what we needed for a quick overnight stay an view was great. At 35 bucks we will stay again on our way home. Local cafe associated with this place was great as well
We love stopping here over night on our way to Colorado. Easy to get in and out. Always a spot open.. Can come in at any hour and either pay by envelope they provide and park anywhere a spot is open or pay the next morning. Very convenient.
One Night stay. The site "we picked" was close to the front of the park (suggested by the manager) to use the non-existent Wifi.
The Fly's were HORRIBLE, no wifi, water pressure was 45 PSI, electric was good at 50 amps.
I don't know how this place is called a resort. It's OK for a one night stay. at 45 bucks.. We won't be going back.
