Would stay again! I only didn't give 5 stars because it didn't have the best amenities of the camp grounds I've stayed at. I definitely wish there were more water pumps. And the bathrooms were small with only 1 shower in each (1 for men, 1 for women). But the bathroom stayed clean and never ran out of soap! The river is great to wade in to stay cool! We got lucky with the campsite we got, even though it was one of the last ones left, because ours had privacy. But I did notice a lot of the spots were not as nice as ours. Like a lot of them were connected to the neighboring spot without being fully covered by shrubbery. So would absolutely stay again but it's not my #1 favorite campground.

Camp sites are crowded/small. Small tent pad spaces. Camp sites offer little privacy from other campers.

No camp host or routine patrol by park rangers allowed for others to blast music and be obnoxious during quiet hours.

Restroom where generally clean and well kept through. Park aides (maintenance) staff where friendly.

Not a camp ground I would visit again based on the size of the campsites and privacy. Also the adjacent day use area playground was just a swing set within a large picnic area.

Pretty nice shady campground, you can hear the river from some sites, and most sites are very secluded. There were rowdy teens floating the river and being generally obnoxious, but the camp ranger was on the ball, keeping the park tidy. Very old bathrooms (but toilets, not pits) and no hookups, but because of this, we were able to get a next day reservation. We had a great time. Unlike other campgrounds, there were few bugs and no spider infestations.
