Worst experience I've ever had. The bathroom stalls were out of order except one. One of the sinks didn't work. I would love to know where all this green grass in these pictures is because all the grass I saw was dead. The sites were not well kept. There is an overpopulation of goat heads, which hurt like hell when you step on them. Why give a bathroom code when you keep the door open? I will not be going back.
We have come here three years in a row and have always had good service and access to nice RV sites. The view is fantastic and access to the water is good. The pool and hot tub have always been clean. There was only one time when the hot tub was out of order for a day due to misuse by other guests. On our current visit we arrived early before check-in due to my wife needing some accommodation due to an injury. The check in person was short staffed, but understanding and let us park inside the park while we waited to check in. After we checked in my wife wanted to add a day to our reservation to spend more time with friends. The check-in person went out of her way to find us a additional spot. I am not generally a person who writes reviews or gives high praise unless it is well deserved. As previously mentioned because of the great experiences we have had we will continue to visit year after year.
Grounds are beautiful, and the spaces are generous! The utilities are very clean! Staff is so kind and very helpful making Thousand Trails Crescent Bar a lovely and comfortable place to be!
So the manager went out of her way at 10 o'clock at night to notify us that somebody had broken the sprinklers again by driving over them.
But she actually notified us in person. Because the water may not be on for a while. Things like this make it enjoyable to make a stay here. Yes, it's a pain in the butt to be without water. But it sure was nice to be able to fill up jugs for coffee and brushing teeth et cetera. Thank you, Lauren and staff for all you do I don't mention you individually because I don't know your names but I do know the wonderful job you do.
