No actual park we could find, sitting at the boat launch while people took turns in the boat with a large group wasn't too enjoyable, also need a discovery pass and no kiosk, have to travel 30+ minutes roundtrip to get one. Cell service dies right about when you get there too. ☹️
My boyfriend is renting a cabin on the lake it's so peaceful and breath taking beauty. Seeing the wildlife was so amazing
We went canoeing on 10/22/18 and the entire lake was covered in algae. We called it in to the Health department, testing should occur soon. The lake looks like a good size and peaceful all around, it would have been nice to really appreciate this the other day.
This lake is different from others. Not only is it beautiful but its just off of highway 20, you can get a good view of it from Mount Erie, and the best part it has an island in the middle of it. :)
