Nice, secluded campground between 2 creeks. Our bed was over one of them. Good spot for a few nights. Only drawback was it was difficult to get to.
Spent 2 nights at this campground last weekend and what an experience! The tent sites we had were perfectly situated along the stream making for a great night listening to the water run. Each site had a firepit as well and the campground offered firewood at a great rate! Mid-day a there was a free cookout BBQ event that was offered to all guests and the food was out of this world. Plenty of other activities to do including a pool, horseshoes, and playground. We will definitely be returning to this campground in the future!
On the rough side but neat & clean. Beautiful brook and nestled at the base of a stately Berkshire mini-mountain. Roads are narrow but our back-in site was plenty big for our 30-ft trailer. Arrived after dark and owners out to help us very quickly! Truly enjoyed our short time there and worth the beautiful drive through the hills from I-90.
The location was great in a basin nestled between woods. It was a little scary knowing we were sleeping with bears and had to leave all food in cars in the evening. Campsites were spacious and walkways well lit at night. Pool was enjoyable and common areas clean. The bathrooms and showers were always available when I needed. Price per night is relatively cheap compared to other campgrounds. Family run and service were excellent. We will be going back next year!
I wish I could give this place more stars just for the GREAT WIFI! We are full-timers and rely on a Starlink dishy that hates trees. This park is nestled next to a riverbed with a ton of trees. We were worried at first, but both of us connected and worked remotely solely on their internet with no issues and great connectivity. We've been across the country and this is very rare!
Also it's just a great place. We loved being right on the river with multiple access points. We walked our dogs up through all the campsites every lunch hour. The nearby hike Sanderson Brook Falls Trail was also gorgeous in the fall!
