They let someone steal my camper, I think the owner had something to do with it

This place is better than some, but far from ideal. One thing for certain - their bathrooms are hideous. I seriously begin to think that this is the way all camping sites in Ohio are

I dont know why the first reviewer Greg is whining about, its a campground, plain and simple. You can pitch your tent in an open area, or get light to heavy seclusion, and probably in Gregs case, hook up the winnebago to external power souce and enjoy the great outdoors with the comforts of home (mamping, motor home camping). The place has adequite shower and restroom facilities and close to stores and Nelsons Ledges which was cool.

Used to be the best campground around, but sadly they are now closed. Very heartbreaking. Going to miss this place! Went there as a child with my parents, and took my children as an adult. So sad to see you go!

I have tons of memories at this place as a kid. We used to camp at the site called "the point" as far back as you could get. Can't believe it is closed. I remember the owner was a cop. He and his wife were always kind and sweet. I will miss this place and the times I had there growing up. Would love the bluegrass festivals that was held there.
