Owners are not friendly had bad experience with them! She was very rude not willing to deal with the situation at all! No respect shown toward other people! Campground was nice to a point but to many rules and restrictions not a family oriented place at all! Beware of what they charge you I basically paid for months my camper was not there we went in May till September but was charged for winter before we paid 1100 for those months don’t understand that she just kept screaming in my facet then my daughter in law went over to talk to her she screamed at her uncalled for! Very very rude rude!!! Should not have to pay for months your camper wasn’t there ! Sorry for way things went i was just trying to find out why i was paying as much as someone who was there when we just started in May!! Btw my husband was in hospital on life support at this time I was trying to figure this out she had no respect for u!s! I was told not to come back to her campground my son pulled camper out I was trying to get things right but she basically was not willing to listen! Btw my husband passed in Oct . It’s a shame I couldn’t of stayed there! My sister also camps there she got a phone call telling her we was not allowed back there really wasn’t necessary to tell her that because at that point We would of never gave you our business again!

Peaceful and relaxing. Playground with built in benches under it for Mom's to sit. In ground pool and a pond to fish. Clean restrooms with showers. Golf course 10 minutes away and Atwood lake is just a short drive away with a nice beach.

We stayed in cabin 3 for a weekend. We arrived late in the evening due to work. I knew when I reserved the place that it was probably going to be bare bones since it was so cheap but I never expected it to be disgusting. The ceiling was blue styrofoam board with clear duct tape! The walls were pieces together with really thin brown board. The window was covered with foil. We tried to turn on ac and it put out horrible odors. We went to take showers and they are the kind that you have to pull on and it lasts for a few seconds then you have to do it again. There was no way to adjust the water temperature so after pulling on the cord numerous times to finish our showers the water was scalding hot. I spoke with the owner on Monday because their office was closed during the hours we were there due to having to leave for work at 6 am and not getting back until around 11 pm. She said I should have said something sooner and I told her I couldn’t because they were closed and I called their number but they never answered. She said then that I should have went and told her although I had no clue where they live! Our clothes all smell horrible because of the cabin odor. We would have stayed elsewhere but everything was booked due to the fall festival that we were working at.

This is our second season. We absolutely LOVE this campground. It is very clean and well maintained. The owners are very nice and will help you in anyway possible. The pool is one of the nicest I have ever seen. It's clean and doesn't smell like chlorine. There's a stocked pond for fishing. A small basketball court which my son loves. I highly recommend this campground to anyone who likes spend time relaxing and enjoying the peace and quiet.

Great place to camp! Very clean, peaceful and relaxing campground. Owners are great and very involved. They care about the upkeep and quality of the camping experience. Plenty to do for our family. Lots are larger than most and you are not on top of your neighbors. The pool could be bigger as it tends to get crowded but that is about the only complaint.
