Great place to camp! Not a lot of hiking in the area, but there is a path that goes from the campsite to Coshocton and Roscoe Village. Lots of area shopping and local places to check out. Very noisy after 10 pm radio blaring etc at night on Thursday and Friday, but got better. We brought our kayaks and enjoy strolling around the lake and pavilion. Pool wasn’t open because it’s October but it looks fun and I’m sure it’s a huge hit. Add wi-if for those of us (Verizon) who don’t have great service to make it a better experience. There are only 69 spots but the bathroom facilities seemed adequate and I never had to wait. Hot water for a shower when it’s cold is always nice as well.

What a lovely facility!! It had so many wonderful things to choose from…a paved walking/biking path, a beautiful bridge, a large river, plenty of camp sites, baseball fields, two playgrounds (one playground was really large and made out of wood) and the water park was fantastic (although the deep end was closed because there weren’t enough lifeguards).

My family and I go to Lake Park all the time. We like to go on walks with our dogs, go fishing and just enjoy the sunshine. The only complaint I have is about the bathrooms, there are not very many available and they are port-a-johns so they are disgusting.

Beautiful place to make memories and have fun:) Wonderful playground area for kids. It does need some maintance but still fun. Great walking/biking trails and big campground. My daughter and I go often and always have a great time.

Easy access, plenty of parking, and trails nearby. Went for an early morning walk on Scarr trail, and it didn't disappoint. Really easy hike and took a little over an hour for us to loop back.
